FreedomRidge is a new church in Ames that is designed for those who don't really like to go to church.

We have a casual format that will give you practical teachings from the Bible that will impact your everyday life.

What exactly does "real lessons for real life" mean? It means that we believe the Bible is a relevant book and has something to say to us today.  So every Sunday you'll hear real life lessons from the Bible in understandable words enhanced with videos, humor, and more!

We have a very distinctive "now" feel and are a church for people who don't like church. We're definitely not your stereotypical church. We don't have a dress code (other than you MUST wear clothes!)  We're not tied down with traditions, order of services, or denominational affiliations.   And we have free donuts, free coffee, and loud music!

We want to be community-service minded and involved in practical ways of showing God's love to others with no strings attached.  We will occasionally switch things up a little bit on Sunday morning because we aren't tied down to anything.  Why don't you come experience it for yourself and join us in this journey.  Click here for meeting place and times.
